The fee is $80 per person. I must have RECEIVED this fee by Monday, October 19, 2015 so that materials can be ordered in time for the class. If payment is not received by 10-19-15 you will be dropped from the class. Please make checks payable to Jill McCormack & send them to me at 2376 St. Rt. 1748 E., Wingo, KY 42088. Please be sure to bring yourself something to eat & drink during the training since it will run so long. For safety reasons, please do not wear any flip flops, sandals, or any other open toed shoes.
