Notes:
Non-educators will be able to become certified through the DNR NASP BAI certification courses provided they meet the following criteria:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Attend the full day BAI course scheduled through the Michigan Department of Natural
Resources (DNR).
• Pass a written exam administered at the end of the training with a score of 80% or above.
• Follow the Michigan NASP program guidelines.
• Complete and bring the signed Michigan NASP BAI/Principal Certification Letter.
• Pay the training course fee prior to attending the class. Training material cost is $40.
