Cost of class is $80 per person. Cash, Check or Venmo accepted. Checks made payable to David Starks, 395 Audubon Loop, Madisonville, KY. Venmo - @David-Starks-77. This is a hybrid class, once you register you will receive a link for the online portion of the class. This will consist of watching videos and taking a test. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-person training. If class is full, email me at david.starks@hopkins.kyschools.us to be put on a waiting list. If you register and for some reason you can no longer attend, please contact me and I will delete your registration. Otherwise, you will be responsible for payment of the class!
