CPW will cover the cost and materials for this training. Bring a sack lunch and water bottle. Dress comfortably as you will be in a gym on the archery range for most of the class.
The National Archery in the Schools Program promotes instruction in international-style target archery as part of in-school curriculum, to improve educational performance and participation in the shooting sports among students in grades 4-12.
*Participants will need to complete the online portion and exam BEFORE the in-person day on 7/26. The online portion should take about 4 hours to complete. This part of the Hybrid class consists of watching videos which cover all 11 training topics and an online multiple choice and matching examination. After successful completion of the exam, this in-person field day will finalize your training where the online material is reviewed, and you are given the opportunity to practice teaching NASP® archery lessons. https://cpw.state.co.us/learn/Pages/TR-Archery.aspx
