The cost of the class is $80 per person. Payments can be made via cash, check, or Venmo. For checks, make them payable to David Starks and mail them to 395 Audubon Loop, Madisonville, KY. Venmo payments can be sent to @David-Starks-77.
This is a hybrid class. After registration, you will receive a link for the online portion, which includes watching videos and completing a test. The online portion must be completed before attending the in-person training.
If the class is full, please email me at david.starks@hopkins.kyschools.us to be added to the waiting list. If you need to cancel your registration, contact me, and I will remove your name. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the class fee.
